Thanks, beater, for reporting the bug.
The ICQ contact button doesn't work right now. Here is a workaround for the problem.
Right-click the ICQ icon in the station profile, copy link location. Link looks like this:

The ICQ user ID can be extracted from the URL - 608756301. Use the ID to add the buddy from your ICQ client.
I posted a report in our internal forums, so it will be fixed as soon as the admins get the chance to do it. Apparently, the way the ICQ search works has changed since the forum software was released.
