We allow promotion of bands, concerts, venues and labels here. But please use it in moderation (don't *bump* or add dozens of topics in a day). We also ask you to add PR: in the the subject field. Example...
PR: Such&Such Records release a new album by Band X

I stickied some of the dealer's announcements so that they won't be lost among the other topics inside.
I don't know how many of us use the links section of the site, it can be reached by choosing Features -> Links from the site menu. There you can find all sorts of useful links: dealers, band sites, etc.
If you have a link that is worth being displayed there, please submit it via the links page, using "Add link". An admin will review it and then add it to the catalog.
