Hello, I am quite new here and I must this is the best metal radio I have ever came across.. there is just one thing that is a little bit frustrating, maybe it's just me but I think there should be some kind of limitation to genre's other than Death Metal. For example if there are 5 grindcore band's in the list you shouldn't be able to request even more.
At the primetime the list is filled with grindcore over and over again and other genre's such as Melodic Death Metal or some BM/Viking is really lacking.
Oh well gotta deal with it.. can always turn it off. I really enjoy this radio station at night when the system picks the songs, a lot better than the primetime on here. :p |

5 grindcore songs lasts only 5-10 minutes so i dont think is fair to limit a genre, i think we should get the right to pick 2 songs of each grindcore band.

I haven't heard one Melodic Death Metal song on here yet, wait there is DT coming! Hooray.. seriously death metal radio should have some more melodic death. ^^ |

You can do your part by requesting more melodic stuff during prime time.

There ain't that many bands to pick from in Melo Death, well sure there are the main ones (DT, AE, IF CoB etc.,) but less known melo death is not found here. ;D
Eternal Oath, Blinded Colony, Zonaria, Dark Age, Detonation, Enforsaken, myGrain, Raintime.. to name a few. 
Good job on having Daath and Omnium Gatherum though, they rock. Seems like I have to form a group of melo death lovers that voice their opinion! |

u can also suggest bands that you would want be here in the requests forum or the faster way ask bands to sent there albums to Jeric, as long as the band meets the DFM standards; to be a DM or BM band or have dm & bm influenced and to not have too much clean vocals, is ok.
also, do not suggest bands that are already here, like Detonation or Mygrain.
if your confused about what i said just talk to a green in the chat.

i can agree with the Viking but BM YOUR SAYING THIS SITE LACKS BM? theres more bm here then there is dm and theres hardly and grindcore bands. off the top of me head Maniac killer and cliteater. |

The big problem with that is something I've seen first hand. He's right, during the day the queue is usually a long list of annoying, so called "brutal" crap, so I throw in a bm or doom song, and catch a bunch of crap from the members here saying I ruined their fucking queue. Doesn't bother me, but it happens frequently.
