The "Contact Us" page has been changed to make communication easier for everyone. You are now presented with a form that will actually dispatch the message to the interested parties.
The subject of a message determines its category. There is a "Subject" drop-down list from which you can pick a description of your message. If you choose "Talk to Moderators", a topic will be created in the moderators' private forum, so whoever checks that forum first will be able to deal with your problem. All the other types of subjects send e-mails to the administrators.
