I guess im sorta? Im trying to build muscle mass becuase the type of job i do. Sitting at a desk all day will get you fat. |

Oh well fuck yeah. I got a desk job too, if you work it right it can actually be your best friend to build muscle easily.
Are you just like lifting weights at home or doing the gym thing? |
