If you took all us twisted mofo's from dfm, launched us into the future, put us aboard a distant space station infested with undead, and slapped a ruthless death machine of a firearm in our hand then proceeded to make a video game adaptation of the ensuing events...
the Dead Space series is what you would have.

Just got the newest addition and, seeing as how I'm in between jobs at the moment, my lazy ass has relentlessly torn through this game around the clock. From the artifacts and coop missions that upon completion yield badass extra suits to the new weapon crafting system that warrants hours and hours of gameplay just to find the perfect death dealing machine for your liking, there's a lot that could be discussed about this most metal of games.

Anyone playing or considered playing this gem? If so, it'd be cool to hear what kind of weapons you're tearing into necro's with and how the game's going in general.

I lost interest in this game as soon as they announced the coop mode.

Yeah I thought the same, that it was more or less unnecessary and would detract from the "alone and fucked" ambience which it does to an extent but it has some redeeming qualities too.

Killzone 4's looking to be a next gen launch though that'll be awesome.
