Gojira - From Mars To Sirius
best gojira album
By: beladakin
Date: 5 Jan 2010
Rating:

Played for a long time and liked it very much because of the progressive and original elements in it. The vocals and the lyrics i like while the sound in some songs remind me morbid angel's mighty Domination song.

Cemetery Rapist is a one piece band. That’s right… one man. Clay Lamanske who looks like a cross between a pedophile, a rapist and a corpse fucker.

i like this high and clear BREEEing of this guy.

Blasphemous Creation - Diabolical Kingdom
Awesome black/thrash metal!
By: Evilone
Date: 3 Jan 2010
Rating:

This is great stuff. Good mix of thrash and black metal. I especially like the vocals and riffs. This is Blasphemous Creation's first full length album on a label called Apocrypha Records. although they have been around for 4 years now. This has 15 crushing songs on it and it's over an hour long! It starts off with the blackened thrasher Disciples Of The Underworld which also appeared on the Shadows Of Evil demo. Many of these songs also appeared on the first 2 demos but they are reworked and sound 100 times better. The brand new songs are the excellent Diabolical Kingdom, Serpent Lord Divine, Blasphemous Creation, Burn In Hellfire and Death is Certain. It also includes an excellent cover of the legendary swedish death metal band Dismember's song Of Fire. This album is a headbanging blackened thrash fest and is sure to become a classic. Pick this up if you haven't yet.
I give this one 5 stars easily.

Cannibal Corpse - Bloodthirst
One of there best...
By: james
Date: 30 Dec 2009
Rating:

This to me is one of there best albums, the 1st song pounded into dust just sets the pace for the rest of the album, all these tracks are brutal, my favs are Dead human colection,Blowtorch slaughter,The spinesplitter,Coffinfeeder, and Sickening metamorphosis...Cannibal corpse are true pioneers, every new album is never a disappointment, even through different members leaving, they continue to be who they are, and never let there fans down,And another note--it really gets under my skin when people try to make this battle of whos better on vocals (Barnes or Fisher)...yes barnes came 1st and hes wrote some killer albums, which will always be apart of history, people grow and change, and i think hes a much better fit in six feet under, his low gutteral growls sound so much more deeper and evil with the slower groove of SFU...And now for fisher,Fisher in my opinion is just as good as barnes just in a different way,the way he holds his notes and screams just makes the songs come alive, hes carved his place within corpse and his vocal style fits so perfect,so rather then judge whos better lets just embrace and continue to stand an awe with every album they write and release cause they always bring the goods to the table, they get better with every album, and thats what its all about growing as a musician, even outside of corpse fisher does such a well job with paths of possession, and alex with blotted science really shows what these guys can do outside of corpse, but when its time to focus cleary on c.corpse itll always be a classic album, these guys aint stopping anytime soon and it gives me goose bumps just to think about future albums and what there gonna sound like...... CANNIBAL CORPSE!!!!!!!!!!!
