Jungle Rot - Fueled By Hate
|
Popular? No. Great band? Yes. |
|
This band has the potential to be the next greatest Death Metal bands out their. I really think that they have a unique sound that isn't found by many, but rather for those who search for these guys.
Great band. I'll be purchasing this.

Cannibal Corpse - The Best! |

Officium Triste - Ne Vivam
|
Potential is seen - Skill needed |
|
It sounds almost like the Guitarist has a nice sound. The band itself is just very slow and too slow for my taste. Some times it speeds up, and some sonds are faster than others, but for the most part doom metal really isn't my taste.
I like ONE song, and after the slow part stops. "One with the sea."

Infernal Revulsion - Devastate Under Hallucination
|
Can we get more please? |
|
These guys are amazing. I have this album, and I listen to it all the time. Reminds me of Human Mastication a little bit, but they both have a unique sound.
Infernal is just a great band, and each song has it's own unique feature/sound to it. I recommend that YOU purchase this album.

MyGrain - MyGrain
|
Not my taste |
|
Not sure if it's just this album, but I don't like the sound that they give.
Don't get the wrong picture, I enjoy listening to Melodic, but it has to be Insomnium, and of that sound. A darker, deeper sound of desperation in Melodic is always for the better.
I'm not saying that these guys are terrible, but they really have no clue what to write about.

Six Feet Under - Graveyard Classics 3

Great Album & Great Covers |
|
This album is filled with amazing covers. I simply enjoyed the Ramones. They we're the ones who started punk, and it's very possible that we have them to thank for - for the earliest sound of distortion, used properly, and effectively. Thank you Ramones!
Anyways, this album is kick ass. I'm glad to see that this band is right up their with Cannibal Corpse.
Great album and awesome covers. Well done S.F.U

Postmortem - Seeds Of Devastation
|
Berlin's finest \m/ |
|
*Seeds Of Devastation* is an absolutely awesome record from these German [underground] death metallers,
for fans of Dismember, Evovation, Ribspreader, Demonical and the like.
Great mix, but not overly produced, which 'castrates' many [modern] death metal albums. No 'electronic-y' sounding drums and all that.
Not for the faint of ears: Postmortem is a real Death/Thrash metaller's delight, albeit virtually unknown.
Brutal and heavy, this album hits you hard and keeps your attention with catchy,
rhythmic riffs done in a TRUE, *old school death metal* style: "PROST, fuckers!" \m/
