Another impressive AA album. |
The two tracks that drew me in was Tocks Taunt and the Aerials cover. Definetly worth a listening to.

Amon Amarth - Twilight Of The Thunder God
Another amazing album. |
Interesting album. I recommend Live for the kill, Tattered Banners and Bloody Flags, Guardians of Asgaard. Also just a heads up this album featured a few guest appearances. I know for sure that Apoctalyptica played on Live for the Kill and there is a guest vocalist on Guarsians of Asgaard.

Amon Amarth - Versus The World
This should be tha album people make reference too. |
This album is a work of art.
I strongly recommend listening to "and the world will cease to be". Chronicling Ragnarok in all it's splendor, you can almost feel like your witnessing the end of the world.
Another track to draw you in, "Across the Rainbow Bridge". Follow the life of a Viking unbeaten in battle and seeking the warriors death to make his final journey across the Rainbow bridge.
Other wrth mentions: Death in Fire, Where Silent God Stand Guard, Bloodshed.

Transmetal - El Infierno De Dante
It's not a surprise! |
Well, I know there are a lot of Transmetal fans in Mexico, and surely they think that old records are the best, the thing is that this album from 1993 has the Scott Burns's touch, it's time of sports clothes with metal band's logos, I must say!
The album has Glen Benton's chorus and it's approximately to death metal sound, the beginnig is uncomparable, check it out!

Draconian - Arcane Rain Fell
I'm amused by the idea that rain might be arcane in some way. |
Less poppy and more reflective than other Draconian albums, this is a masterpiece of depressive death-doom. The austere grey-on-grey cover art tempts the listener into a wonderfully dark and strangely beautiful world of depression and anti-religionism.
Starting with the ominous A Scenery of Loss, the album builds inexorably to the epic of Nihilism that is Death, Come Near Me.
The only problem with this album is that it's so depressing I seldom play it.

A band that was pointed out to me by fellow member smoke. At first I thought this was just.gonna be another run of the mill band. But holy Fuck when I herd The Violation I was blown away. Lets he honest, there haven't been anything really good in a while. This is or of that few bands that seperated themselves from the rest. This album literally ear rapes you of awesome the entire time.
