This new Warmaster album continues the recipe from their debut album First War. This is quite simple, easy-to-listen-to death metal, with inspirations from Bolt Thrower, Six feet Under and others.
Compared to the debut, there's not much new to say, except the sound has changed slightly, becoming clearer and more dynamic which in my book is a good thing.
If you want people introduced to death metal I will say that Warmaster is a great band to start out with. The riffs and song structures make them very easy to recognize among other, way more technical bands.
